Cancellations & refunds

Cancel any time

In TagPop: More → Subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel subscription. It takes effect at the end of your current period (or trial), so you keep TagPop until then and aren't charged again.

Free trial

Cancel during the 7-day free trial and you pay nothing.

Refunds

• Monthly payments aren't refunded for part-used months, because you keep access until the end of the month.
• If you were charged by mistake, charged after cancelling, or TagPop didn't work for you and we couldn't fix it, email support@tagpop.co.uk within 30 days and we'll put it right — usually with a full refund of that month.
• This doesn't affect any rights you have by law.
